Hi! I’m so excited for being a member! I hope to learn a lot. I have a song request. I’m looking for a tutorial on the beautiful Auld Lang Syne song, but not the one we all know, but the version by Mairi Campbell. It sounds quite different from all the tutorials I found until now (I already found your tutorial here too, which is not what I am looking for). The Auld Lang Syne most people know is the “standard” version, but Mairi Campbell’s version, which was used in the movie of Sex and the City, has this dreamy melody, a “fairy tale vibe” and emotional chords. I can’t find a tutorial on this version of the song. I don’t know if this maybe is the old, original version? It would be amazing to see a tutorial about this more “creative”, more advanced version. I hope you will read this and agree that Mairi’s version is so beautiful that It needs a separate tutorial, haha! This is the song, please have a listen and be enchanted, haha:
